One of the reasons we can make these clams is we can provide a computer with integrated hardware backup and protection systems. We have a system that comes with two hard drives on of which is a complete copy of the live version.  If a problem arises the backup copy seamlessly and without user intervention becomes the primary version and you are notified that the primary has failed.

The second way we build in piece of mind is with our storage firewall. A storage firewall sets aside a portion of the hard drive that is completely inaccessible to  the computer user and to Viruses.  Even if you had a disgruntled employee that re-formatted there hard drive you can resurrect the "C" drive from the protected area within minutes.
